Hi Chef Tim,  Thank you for all your superb service and professionalism in making my husband’s birthday party such a smashing success. It was an amazing evening!   All the colorfully delicious foods that you prepared were absolutely fabulous, everyone said they enjoyed them so. Chef Tim is amazing with his cooking talent. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted to serve, but after receiving his suggestions, I then had too much to choose from as they all sounded wonderful! So we worked out a menu, and my guests were more than pleased. Tim is easy to work with....he takes the time to explain all in detail.
