Food Philosophy: “Food should obviously be very fresh, but it needs to be more than that, it simply needs to taste Great!”

A Warm Welcome...
I love good food, and I know you do too, so heartfelt greetings are in order.
This is why at A Culinary Affair everything I prepare for you is homemade, using nothing but the finest ingredients from local farmers whenever possible, to ensure your complete dining satisfaction.
All of my fruits and vegetables are U.S.D.A. certified organic, and all of the meats I use are beautiful hand cut prime selections. From free range chicken that actually tastes like chicken, to melt-in-your-mouth certified Black Angus steaks and chops, my meats are truly rich and exceptional. And if you prefer something from the sea, be assured that all of my seafood is absolutely the very freshest it can be, because it is flown in from the Pacific each week, harvested from sustainable areas in our fragile oceans as well. I even grow my own fresh herbs in my garden, so you get the highest quality seasonings to accent your foods, as only the very best will do.
And as you will see, my hand crafted cuisines are also presented with an artful eye to detail, resulting in an elegant style and panache all their own, so they look as good as they taste every time. I can do an intimate plated dinner for you and a few close friends or a colorful buffet for 100 guests; the choice is yours! From concept to design to execution, your senses will be indulged and impressed as much as your palette when you taste the layers of bold flavors and bright colors that I use to create foods with a flair that are truly a one of a kind culinary experience that is not found anywhere else in southwest Arizona.
I look forward to bringing my 35 years of professional culinary experience to your table each time, plain and simple.
Bon Appetit,
Chef Tim
