General Information

• All meals are prepared fresh, never frozen.  Just healthy, honest, expertly prepared foods.
• I use simply the very finest all natural ingredients available, nothing less will do.
• Naturally nutritious.  We proudly support local Southern Arizona farmers and use only organic locally sourced produce in the creation of our meals.
• Absolutely nothing artificial goes into the creation of my fine foods.
• All of my individually prepared meals come in sturdy microwave safe containers for easy reheating and are clearly labeled and dated.
• All meals can be frozen (with the exception of any fresh seafood as freezing adversely effects their delicate flavors and textures).
• All meals come with easy to follow reheating instructions.
• The chef can easily create meals that accommodate those with special dietary needs such as: gluten free, celiac disease, paleo, vegetarian, vegan, low sugar, low salt, and low fat to name a few.  Just ask!
• A typical meal consists of a protein, a starch, and a fresh vegetable, but this can be adjusted to suit your individual tastes and dietary needs.

How to Order the Table Ready Meals

• Simply choose any 5 entrees from the Table Ready Meals listed below. *   Then I will expertly prepare 2 of each of your 5 entree selections for a total of 10 meals.
• Don't see any meals that fit your individual tastes or dietary needs?  Just let us know and we can easily develop a customized menu that will feature the foods that you are exactly looking for.
• All meals come in black 32 oz containers with clear vented domed lids.  My portioning is large and many of my clients say that one meal is enough for 2 people.

Exclusive All Inclusive Pricing:  10 Meals for $300.00 (2 x 5) 

• All inclusive pricing includes all the food costs of your entrees, the chef's expert prepartion of your entrees, all microwaveable containers, and free delivery of your meals to your home or office.
• Larger Table Ready Meal Services available upon request.

• Payment in full is due upon delivery.
• We accept cash, checks, or PayPal (we do not accept credit cards at this time).

*If you are wanting to order any fresh seafoods as part of your 10 meals, please be advised seafood entrees cannot be frozen;  as freezing adversely effects their delicate flavors and textures.  Therefore we recommend that you make only one fresh seafood entree selection per order,  thanks.
